Thank You Hurricane Ike

Who knew that mom and I would be praising the Lord and shouting for joy at the arrival of a crane to the house. That's right. Thanks to Hurricane Ike and the tree he sent through the guest bedroom upstairs, a crane is a welcome sight on McDonald property today. I'm so thankful that mom and dad are safe and that they were at home to notice the damage immediately. It will be a costly repair but a lot less than it would have been if they had evacuated and been stuck outside the city for days. Thanks be to God for His Mercy and Grace.
